Above It All Balloon Company requires any reservation be made with a valid credit card number. This is necessary to HOLD any flight reservation.
Cancellations MUST be made 36 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should a cancellation be made less than the required 36 hours or any passenger fail to show without canceling, the total cost of the scheduled flight will be collected.
However, should Above It All Balloon Company cancel due to weather, wind or safety concerns there will be no charge and every attempt will be made to reschedule your flight.

We launch our balloons at sunrise every morning from the Snowmass Recreation Center and Rodeo Parking Lot.
This parking lot is located on Brush Creek Road across from the Snowmass Village Golf Course. If you are driving to the launch site and feel you are getting lost feel free to call Pam at (970) 963-6148, she will guide you there and notify the Pilot if you are running late.
DIRECTIONS:
We strongly recommend not being late, this may delay the launch or worse, make you miss your flight and you will be charged.
